Rob and Candace made Brunswick County home in the 1990s and quickly learned that building on the coast is different. Salt air, humidity, intense sun, high winds, and coastal storms demand durable materials, thoughtful design, and quality installation. Every Shoreline porch reflects what we've learned from living and building right here on the Carolina coast.

Meet Candace
When you call Shoreline, chances are you'll be talking with Candace. After moving to the coast in 1996, she built a career in real estate and marketing, working alongside developers, homeowners, and builders through all stages of the building process. From choosing screen options, frame colors, door styles, to planning your new construction or multifamily project, she'll make the process simple and enjoyable.
Met Rob
When it's time for your site visit, you'll meet Rob. After serving in the US Army during Desert Storm, he moved to Brunswick County in 1997. With a lifelong passion for renovation and construction, including owning his own renovations company before cofounding Shoreline, he brings decades of hands-on experience to every project. Rob ensures every project is thoughtfully designed and planned long before installation begins.
Our Crew Is Our Family
On install day, the crew showing up at your porch is our family. Literally! They're brothers, cousins, and longtime friends we’ve worked with for years. Between them, they’ve been framers, HVAC techs, plumbers, landscape and hardscape installers, and even a Licensed Wildlife Resource Officer.
That range of construction experience matters when you’re screening a coastal porch. It’s how we catch the small things: how your porch ties into the home and how a frame needs to be installed to withstand coastal winds. And it’s why customers often tell us their favorite part of install day was sharing the porch with these great guys.
